The Steinway itself is breathtaking — a vintage classic from 1942, restored with remarkable craftsmanship and attention to detail. The moment I saw it, I knew it was special. But what made the journey truly memorable was the team behind it.
Ben Klinger, the store manager, has always been exceptional, and this time was no different. He understands how sensitive I am to piano touch and tone, and he never rushed me — not once. I visited the store many times, trying different pianos, exploring options, and comparing actions. Ben encouraged me to take all the time I needed, never applying pressure, never pushing a sale. His patience and deep knowledge made the process enjoyable and stress‑free. Ultimately, I waited until the perfect Model M arrived, and it was absolutely worth it.
