I have been a customer of Classic Pianos since 2021 and have upgraded my piano from a very basic upright to a pre-owned grand, and recently, to a brand new grand piano. I enjoy coming in to the store and talking with the friendly and knowledgeable … More staff. I’m glad to have James’s help and guidance in installing a silent system and finding the piano that suits me best. I highly recommend their trade-up program and will definitely come back in the future if I want to trade up my piano!

Our church needed to replace our 15+ year old Clavinova.I had not a clue as to the "proper" procedure in regards to shopping and purchasing an instrument like this.JH and staff took me by the hand and guided me professionally … More every step of the way. With the shipment back-ups in 2022 we naturally had to wait for the new arrival and was given a loaner in the meantime.Long story short, our new Clavinova came in months before the projected date. Instead of sending the loaner back ~ I bought it!I /we (the church) both received two new pianos on the same day.I highly recommend Classic Pianos for any future purchases. All the staff was always, friendly, professional and very easy to work with.Available and accessible parking, clean, open store ~ took my breath away to walk in and see all those beautiful keyboards. It was a thrill to "test drive" one. So Cool and Fun!Kudos and Thanks to the Staff at Classic Pianos inBellevue WA

My wife and I were ready to purchase an acoustic upright piano for our 6 year-old daughter. Most of the stores I spoke with were fairly transactional and cut and dry. The general sentiment other stores told me was, “You just need to come … More in to our show room and talk.” Not Classic Pianos, though. I was connected with Lamar who was incredibly knowledgeable, hospitable, and nuanced in his guidance for what to look for in a piano and which make/models to consider. He was very keen to understand what our goals were for this first piano and careful to not arbitrarily sway us in one direction or another. He spent close to 40 minutes joyfully and patiently answering our questions. You can definitely tell this is not just a job but a calling for him. He lives and breathes piano. He reached out to our daughter’s piano instructor and discussed what pianos they recommended and had in stock as well as set us up with an appointment with Ben Klinger, their general manager. When we arrived to our appointment with Ben, he gave us a tour of the various models that we discussed previously (used Kawai, used/new Yamaha U and B series). He also introduced us to lesser known brands that they carry such as Broadmann and Schimmel. The show room was quite large and their pianos were all impeccably kept and clean. For 2 hours, we had his undivided attention. Ben introduced each of the pianos (we seriously tested 10+) and spoke to each of them (pros/cons/history) and played for us so we could refine our preferences. The Schimmel W-118 was a real star and resonated with us but was way out of our original budget. Full, brilliant, attractive, and dynamic. The Broadmann was also an incredible piano they carried in our budget range but we wanted to get the best we could so our kids could develop better sensitivity and hearing while they’re young. Ben never tried to upsell or pressure us into buying one or another as he was confident that any pianos they carried with highly capable for what we needed. However, seeing how much the Schimmel spoke to us, he graciously worked with us to ensure we were able to come home with a piano that we loved and will serve as an inspiration for us for decades to come. I can’t recommended Classic Piano, Ben, and Lamar enough. They are truly a massive cut above the rest. Despite their upscale brand, their prices are fair and competitive especially considering their 100% guarantee upgrade program. With the upgrade program, you’re essentially buying into a company for the lifetime of your piano journey. We can’t be happier with our decision to buy into the Classic Piano team. Thank you Ben and Lamar!

I highly recommend this piano store. It has a great selection of acoustic and digital instruments. I also wanted to thank Lamar who helped me find a great piano for my needs. I have not played the piano in the last 20 years and was worried … More if that was a good idea for me to almost start from scratch. Lamar helped me make that decision and recommended a couple of good piano models. In just a few months I picked up a good chunk of my previous skills, playing beautiful music pieces and singing along. I have already recommended the Classic Piano store my friends. Very happy with my purchase and the service. Thank you!

Possibly the best place in Seattle to buy a quality piano. Great selection, competitive pricing, and customer service that is unmatched. I would send friends and family to this location without reservation. We traveled from a small town … More to find the perfect piano for our home, and Classic pianos made the experience stress free, and a great memory.

GREAT service, and beautiful pianos! My family of 4 descended upon Classic Pianos without having much knowledge at all about what we were in for when buying a new piano. We just knew we needed a new one.
Classic Pianos gave us their utmost … More attention, and were patient with us as we got educated on the different qualities of pianos. Moreover, they helped us understand what a lifetime relationship with both a piano, and with Classic Pianos as a retailer and support channel, would mean to us.
We had a couple of bumps along the way -- delivery service wasn't clear that they were picking up our old one, and the bench that was included by the piano brand itself (Schimmel) was not properly constructed. Along the way, Classic Pianos immediately stepped up and owned the issues, making it right and following up to ensure we were satisfied.
Great service, beautiful pianos. Thank you!
