I bought my Yamaha NU1X from here and I’m super happy I did. Big thanks to James, Hui, and the rest of the team for making the process extremely smooth. I was able to test out many different models in-store, with excellent guidance from … More the knowledgeable staff. Once I made my decision and purchased the piano, the delivery process was quick and easy, and before I knew it my piano was all ready to go in my apartment.
In my experience, everybody here was invested in making sure I found the right instrument for me. I absolutely love my new piano, and I’m extremely grateful for all the help I had finding it.
If you have any piano-related problems I highly recommended checking these folks out. 💯

I was recently looking for a digital piano and bought it here (Yamaha CLP-885).The salespeople were patient and knowledgeable. For example, it was my first time properly evaluating an upright piano, and they were able to explain the difference … More in the key action. (I think they even have a model figurine of each key action in the store for educational purposes.)The floor selection for digital pianos was much wider than other stores I tried, so I was able to try the CLP-875 and CLP-885 next to each other (and other models as well), which was critical for my decision (see later).I believe the digital pianos sold here are exclusively Yamaha. I also went to Northwest Pianos nearby, where I recall that their digital piano selection was smaller and exclusively Casio (which feel more like toys than instruments 👀).They seemed to have an extensive acoustic piano selection here as well, but I didn't evaluate the acoustic pianos other than to compare the digital vs acoustic key actions. They also had a silenced/hybrid acoustic piano here. I was unaware of the existence of this kind of piano, and I appreciate being able to evaluate it, although I decided against it due to the upright key action. The pianos are delivered with a white-glove piano delivery/moving service. I ordered my piano on July 21 and received it at my home on August 12.---Regarding CLP-875 vs CLP-885, it seems like the key action is subtly different, but noticeable for certain patterns and styles of music. With my previous digital keyboard, I noticed that I would quickly get fatigued trying to execute repeated fast arpeggios. I tried alternating between the CLP-875 and CLP-885 models (right next to each other in the store) trying arpeggios, and found the 885 to be less fatiguing. This is possibly due to the 885 having counterweighted keys and a greater degree of dynamic vs static resistance. I didn't know that beforehand, and actually wouldn't have known to look for a difference or compare the key actions in this way. I only happened to feel a small difference when comparing the floor models in the store, and then investigated further.Note: The actual floor models at this location might have been CLP-775 vs CLP-785 at the time I was there, rather than the 875/885.

I went to Classic Pianos for my second piano purchase from them. I worked with James Han. I explained that I was looking for a particular sound out of a piano and for a few accessories. James was so patient and knowledgeable; after listening … More to me, he pointed me right to the piano that solved all my problems. I traded in my former piano seamlessly and now have my new Schimmel. Working with James was a dream, and it is clear that Classic Pianos takes its customers and their business very seriously. They are one of the finest companies I've ever worked with. Highly, highly recommend.

I recently purchased a Yamaha U1 upright piano for my daughter from Classic Piano in Bellevue, and I had an excellent experience. James Han was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through various options to find the perfect … More piano. He was not pushy at all and gave us the space we needed to make an informed decision.
The Yamaha U1 we chose is fantastic, with superb sound quality that fits perfectly in our home. The delivery and setup were smooth and professional, reflecting the high standards of Classic Pianos' team.
If you're looking for a high-quality piano and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Classic Pianos. James made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free, helping us find the perfect piano for our daughter.

I bought a Yamaha Baby Grand Piano about 6 months ago from Classic Piano in Bellevue. Luckily got James Han as our salesman. Turned out he’s also a tuner. Didn’t get to interact much with him from the sale since I purchased the piano … More over the phone. But he recently came by to do the tune up after the piano acclimated and I had a chance to meet him in person. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. He carefully took time to tune my piano and made sure everything works properly. This is my first grand piano and I didn’t know how to care for it. He did an amazing job of following up for post purchase and setting up for my tune up. I highly recommend James Han!
