    After being away from practicing for 2 years, I needed a piano. Classic Pianos had helped me sell my Steinway B, so I turned to them. Because I had a small space, I decided on a digital piano, but after trying them out I knew I really wanted … More an acoustic piano. Ben and Hui were infinitely patient and didn't try to influence me. I got a Yamaha U1 and for an upright, it was very satisfactory. But the opulent sound of my Steinway B kept nagging at me, so I went back to Classic Pianos. Again, Ben and Hui, in their low key but helpful way, introduced me to many pianos including the new Yamaha CX series, with which I was unfamiliar. What a surprise! Here was a richness and ringing quality reminiscent of Steinway, which I had never associated with Yamaha. With Ben and Hui's help I got a C3X and am very happy with it.
    The purchase of a piano requires patience, sensitivity, and keen listening on the part of the salesperson. Ben has just the right approach. I highly recommend Classic Pianos.
